Job Description

Main attributions and responsibilities :

Incident management for IT manufacturing at Bosch Connected Industry;

Process incidents, problems, change requests, and customer demands via emails, tickets, outbound calls, and
- call duty;

React, classify, and respond to customer requests based on own knowledge and knowledge database entries;

Coordination and follow up of customer requests through the organization to achieve final resolutions and provide feedback to customers;

Work with Industrial Internet of Things (Io
T) software solutions which enable digitalization of production and logistics in manufacturing plants;

Active monitoring of customer systems to ensure high availability and compliance with SLAs;

System intervention and customer contact when issues arise;

Proactive analysis of systems to prevent critical manufacturing downtimes;

Provision and preparation of customer
- help and knowledge articles to enable
- level support teams to provide quick support to customers;

Additional IT operation activities;

Reads, understands, and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;

Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

University Diploma;

High school Diploma;

Knowledge and Skills:

Language skills: English advanced level, German would be a plus;

Around 2 years of previous experience in a similar role;

Basic server operating systems Windows and Linux;

Familiar with scripting languages (Bash, Shell);

Communicative person;

Problem-solving;

Solution oriented.
