3rd Level Software Support Engineer with German
Position Description:

As a 3rd Level Software Support Engineer you will use your skills to support our customers with questions and problems regarding our Open
Media software. You will provide our delivery and development team with
- depth analyses of problems and will work closely with our customers and independently support regular jour fixe appointments
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Telephone customer support for questions and problems
- Independent processing of errors, faults and enquiries
- Close communication with the development department, quality assurance and delivery team if necessary
- Regular routine checks on the customers' productive systems
- You ensure quality according to customer and CGI standards
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- You have experience in customer support
- You have initial experience in the area of agile working methods (Scrum / SAFe)
- You are very familiar with Windows servers
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
- The radio & TV industry sounds exciting to you and you can imagine expanding your skills in this area.
- You feel confident in dealing with customers and find it easy to analyze their requirements.
- You speak and write fluent German and English.
