We are looking for a skilled Service
Now ITOM Specialist for our client project. This role will be part of our Low Code Platforms practice within the Digital Platforms Group, a global team that supports the increasing demand for
- code solutions like Service
Now, Pegasystems, and Microsoft Power Platform. Our client team specializes in developing
- code applications and providing advisory and implementation services by adhering to best practices and implementation methodologies.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in the Service
  Now platform with over 3 years of expertise, especially in IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.
• Knowledgeable in ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM and CMDB.
• Skilled in Sec
  Ops Vulnerability Response and proficient in Service
  Now integrations using APIs and web services.
• Familiar with IT operations and infrastructure management, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
• Strong in
  - solving and independently troubleshooting technical issues.
• Oriented toward SDLC principles for structured development and deployment.
• Certified as a Service
  Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping and Security Operations Vulnerability Response (a plus).

AND YOU WANT TO

• Configure and customize Service
  Now Sec
  Ops/ITOM modules, including Service Mapping, Event Management, and Vulnerability Response, tailored to
  - specific needs.
• Serve as the
  - matter expert for ITOM processes and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug platform configuration issues, working closely with platform support teams to resolve issues or request software fixes.
• Validate code for compliance with standards and best practices.
• Execute customer demos and prepare
  - sales materials and presentations.

• Design, deliver, and support a variety of solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business goals.
