We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Executive (Sales Manager) to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth. Reporting directly to the Commercial Leader located in Hong Kong, this role offers the opportunity to work in a
- paced, innovative environment within the fintech industry, specializing in payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the fintech and payment solutions sector.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams, including marketing and product, to align client needs with company offerings. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Commercial Leader, accommodating Hong Kong time zone schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in the fintech industry, with a focus on payment solutions.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech and payment solutions market, including trends and challenges.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Time Management: Ability to work flexibly to accommodate meetings in the Hong Kong time zone.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and
- solving skills to address client needs effectively. - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Location: Malta, Romania, Czech Republic
Employment Type: Full-time, remote (but each Sales Manager should be based in above mentioned country)
