We are looking to for a dedicated Account Growth Lead to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!
The Account Growth Lead drives
- sell and
- sell initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and revenue growth objectives. This role manages CRM optimization, client analytics, and sales enablement to maximize account value.
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Head of Sales Excellence and act as the central push function for all

- sell initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales strategies, overseeing three specialized functions:
- CRM Management and Inbound Lead Qualification:
- Oversee CRM management and inbound lead qualification, ensuring accurate data tracking for sales opportunities.
- Client Analytics:
- Conduct client analytics to identify
- sell and
- sell potential, collaborating with Account Management and Sales teams , ensuring these initiatives are prioritized and effectively executed. - Develop and implement growth strategies, aligning sales initiatives with client retention and revenue goals.
- Conduct client analytics to identify
- Sales Support
- Create tailored pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials to support sales teams in engaging clients.
- Coordinate Product Teams with Sales Teams to deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
- Define

- sell strategies, aligning with business priorities. - Establish CRM workflows and reporting structures for tracking opportunities.
- Determine key metrics to measure success and optimize
- sell and
- sell initiatives. - Approve the structure and content of
- facing sales materials. - Recommend
- driven client engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics; CRM or analytics certifications are a plus.
- 5–7+ years in account management, sales support, or related roles.

S market dynamics. - Proven success in driving revenue growth through
- sell and
- sell initiatives. - Experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute growth strategies.
- Expertise in client engagement strategies and revenue growth initiatives.
- Skilled in CRM workflows, lead qualification, and client analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM management and
- driven sales strategies. - Strong analytical skills to uncover growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and sales enablement experience.
