Some of your responsibilities would be: Manage existing clients portfolio for ERP, BI & CRM solutions; Build and promote strong,
- lasting customer relationships by spending time close to them, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities; Achieve revenue growth by overseeing the complete
- implementation cycle for the allocated accounts; Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams; Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries – functional processes and best practices. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, an ideal Account Manager specializing in ERP solutions, BI, and CRM should possess the following skills: Proven track record in sales and negotiations within the ERP, BI, or CRM industry. Strong ability to build and maintain
- term customer relationships. Expertise in negotiating and closing complex commercial deals related to ERP, BI, or CRM implementations. In-depth technical understanding of ERP, BI, and CRM technologies. Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives. Collaborative team player, working effectively with
- functional teams. Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences. Knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in ERP, BI, and CRM adoption. Reasons for joining Total
