We have an interesting new opening for Accountant position, serving the financial activity for our French location.  

Responsibilities:

Accounting, Payroll and Statutory 

Analyze expense accounts and enters manual entries during month close e. g. overtime and vacation accruals, reclass costs vs. periodic accruals.

Prepares account reconciliations, including bank entries.

Controls and justifies the
- invoiced accounts, investigates and corrects causes of anomalies.

Cost control and budgeting

Closely monitors plant department expenses, conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders.

Analyses monthly results and variances vs. budget, proposes corrective actions.

Draws up the annual budget and intermediate forecast

Compliance (over 5 entities)

Ensures compliance with accounting rules and standards for French statutory accounting.

You need:

Bachelor’s degree in finance Control or Accounting

French Fluency (C1) 

English Fluency (B2)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Cost Control

Demonstrated knowledge of French accounting rules and French fiscal regulations

Demonstrated knowledge of SAP FI-CO
