Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables:

Preparation of the Local Annual Financial statements for DTCS RO

Prepare Group IFRS to Local GAAP general ledgers adjustments

Main contact point for Group accounting for local GAAP accounting and tax topics

Monitor the monthly closing activities for DT Group IFRS accounts for DTCS srl

Preparation and submission of the SAF-T reporting

Prepare
- related sections of the financial statements (monthly/ quarterly/ annual) and reports for tax compliance

Main contact point for local tax advisors

Ensure compliance with all local statutory and regulatory requirements,

Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies related to accounting and tax topics

Detailed job description, responsibilities:

Maintaining a regular mapping process between local GAAP general ledger (subsidiary-level) accounts and Group IFRS general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and consistent statutory financial reporting

Regularly review and update the Local GAAP mapping to reflect changes in accounting policies or financial reporting requirements for local requirements.

Oversee the processing of the local adjustments between Group IFRS and Lo-cal GAAP ledger

Coordinate monthly financial reporting and GL Local GAAP relevant matters of DTCS RO with relevant Accounting Service Providers

Ensure compliance with all Local GAAP and other local accounting and tax regulatory requirements, including the preparation and submission of necessary forms, reports, and documentation.

Prepare and update the Local Accounting Policy documents in compliance with RAS.

Extract, prepare and manage the SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax) reporting requirements including timely submission, ensuring data accuracy and completeness of data in compliance with local regulations.

Ensure compliance with Romanian regulations regarding
- Factura, including the proper registration and submission of invoices in the
- Factura portal, download necessary invoices from the
- Factura system.

Prepare relevant documentation for all local taxes, VAT, CIT, WTH tax and any other applicable taxes, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations in alignment with local tax advisor.

Main contact person for the DTCS Tax manager for coordination and assessment of legislation changes and their impact on the organization, and implementation of necessary adjustments in SAP to ensure compliance.

Track and adhere to all deadlines for regulatory filings, including tax returns, financial disclosures, and other mandatory submissions.

Cooperate with other DTCS team members as well as DT Group Accounting on various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of accounting processes.

This includes collaborating with departments such as operations, sales, and IT to streamline financial processes and address any
- functional issues.

This job position has responsibility for managing the accounting and tax topics for DTCS SRL, no people management responsibilities

Your Profile

Skills, capabilities

Education:

University degree in economics field (Master is a plus)

Certified accountant CECCAR with right for submission the FS, Tax and all locally requested reports will be considered as a plus

Professional knowledge, skills,
- how in the field & experience in the field:

Relevant work experience in accounting and tax: min 5 years

Experience with financial analysis, month, half year and year end closing, and statutory reporting

Advanced Knowledge of Local GAAP & IFRS.

Experience with SAF-T reporting and
- Factura requirements

Local Romanian Taxes knowledge

Ability to coordinate E2E processes with multiple stakeholders

Good
