Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable, Master Data – Process Associate – French – Hybrid Bucharest

Master data analyst will be responsible for timely and accurate setup of master records for business use that positively impact downstream processes and related outcomes. With an eye for details, master data analyst will collaborate with
- users and business stakeholders on requests processing and clarifications and implement data quality and business rules.  

• Process requests incl. create, modify customers, block / unblock, delete customers and related master data requests for clients across multiple regions.

• Implement business and data quality rules, validations.

• Troubleshoot master data related issues collaborating with business and IT teams.

• Clearly articulate the problem statement and the support required.

• Meet and exceed SLA and data quality / accuracy requirements.

• Prioritise and process requests.

• Perform master data harmonization and enrichment activities aligning to business rules.

• Actively participate and contribute on process improvement initiatives and project activities.

• Extract, review and analyse master data details from ERP or similar applications.

• Maintain compliance with all Regulatory and GFCF/SOX controls.

• Periodic review of the DTP/SOP in alignment with GPM (Global process model).

• Create, update, revise, and submit standard operating procedures for approval.  

• Follow the training plan set by management, complete it on time, and highlight potential risks for delays.  

• Act as a backup or
- trained for another process or scope of work.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Advanced knowledge of French, minimum B2.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with client stakeholders

• Detail oriented and data quality focus

• Excel and office package proficiency

• Experience and knowledge of ERP systems as end user (SAP preferred or similar application)

• Good master data management /

- end Account payable process knowledge

• The candidates should have a graduate degree

• Excellent knowledge in MS-Office

• Must pay close attention to details

• Experience and awareness of working in a multicultural environment 

• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
