Global Shared Service Finance (Iasi)
The Shared Service Center in Iasi (Romania) is part of our finance organization headquartered in Bornheim (Germany). As the Senior Accounts Payable, you interact with all kinds of departments within the Hornbach group. As your role entails the interaction with various colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. You should be interested to work in an international environment. We have various tasks, but one essential objective: we want to bring our finance organization to the next level of process excellence and efficiency.
Your assignments
- Set-up and develop the Shared Service Accounts Payable processes. Build up your core team that drives customer satisfaction, process efficiency and working capital reduction at the highest standards.
- Project and change management: lead and support our accounts payable migration projects in order to bundle the

- process in our shared service center
- Coordination and execution of all activities necessary

- activities (invoice entry, invoice verification, vendor dunnings, complaints and disputes, outgoing payments, period end closing, vendor account management, intercompany business, reporting & analyses).
- Customer excellence: close collaboration with our internal clients and stakeholders (management team HORNBACH Romania, local CFOs and finance teams, corporate accounting and controlling, global process coordination and project teams).
- (Re-)Design, simplification, digitization, standardization and automation of the

- Recruiting and Onboarding: support our Romanian HR organization and the SSC managers to facilitate the recruiting of new accounts payable team members and the onboarding process at HORNBACH Business Services

You can do even more
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the field of business administration, economics or comparable
- 3+ years of professional expertise in a shared service center accounts payable department
- Additional language skills are an advantage, particularly English or German
- Comprehensive SAP FI knowledge: substantial experience in SAP invoice processing or comparable Accounting ERP system
- Solid track record in shared service accounts payable migration projects
- Experience in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management and/or S/4 HANA is a plus
