Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable & Credit Risk – Senior Process Associate – German– Hybrid Cluj!

Responsibilities

• Perform Customer Credit Risk Assessment for Exiting / New customer 

• Contact with internal stakeholders (CSD, Bus, local Finance) for credit exposure alignment, issues, and escalations

• Cash Application, research unapplied cash, unidentified payment, Cash app report out 

• Handling Collections, AR Dispute and Reporting 

• Initiate collections for invalid disputes/ deductions and credit or debit note adjustment for a valid deduction

• Review and monitor AR ageing reports across in scope customers via ERP reports

• Auto - Manual billing - Dispatch and uploads of
- invoices to customers via customer portals i. e. , Coupa, Tungsten, Ariba etc. ,
- mails, ERP

Minimum qualifications 

• Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration)

• Relevant experience

• SAP ERP experience

• With relevant years of on hand Experience in credit risk, cash application 

• Customer Billing process, Working knowledge in Letter of Credit, Payment terms 

• Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc. , )

• Customer Focus, Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation,
- tasking abilities required

Preferred Qualifications

• Required language level for daily tasks: English C1+ German C1

• Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly 

• High motivation and ability to learn 

• Ability to work under pressure in a multifaceted environment.  

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing priorities

• Builds and maintains effective internal relationships to assure successful business performance

• Resolves problems with partners quickly and efficiently, takes direction where needed
