Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable – Senior Process Associate – Turkish – Remote Ro*!

Your job will involve written and verbal communication with the end customers and the related departments in the customer organization to ensure all accounts receivables operations are performed in line with the work instructions.

What will your
-
- day role involve! 

Responsibilities 

• Process Billing (issuing documents based on request or on a regular basis)

• Collection of customer invoices, maintenance of accounts receivables, reviewing and recommending block of account, supervising customer payment trends.  

• Handling customer requests and ensure resolution.

• Cash application, cash clearing and customer account reconciliation.

• Handle
- end activities (Intercompany &
- party Sales, AR reconciliations, Trade Debtors, Bad debtors report)

• Crafting, updating, and learning the standard operating procedures.

• Be part of the team’s
- up structure.

• Prepare reports based on ad hoc requests.

• Quality check for invoices and payments

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications 

• Experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Finance (advantage)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills - required

• Good written and verbal level of English and Turkish

• High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)

• Accounting knowledge/G/L knowledge – intermediate level.

• Similar experience in the field.

• Work experience with Navision ERP system (advantage).

Preferred qualifications 

• Personal culture and client management expertise.  

• Previous experience in a multinational company.

• High motivation and ability to learn.  

• Ability to work under time pressure.
