Accounts Receivable - Senior Process Associate – French – Hybrid Bucharest

We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable (AR) Senior Process Associate – French- Hybrid – Romania
Responsibilities
• Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
• Cash management support, remittance advices request and submission to cash applier
• Collect receivables from customers
• emailing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests
• Reconcile payments to clean customer and our books from erroneous payment allocations, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
• Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution
• Inbound & outbound calling
• Provide payment plans basis customer requirement
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Business Communication
• Proven experience!
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and
- making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills
• French language C1 level, English level min. B2
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
Preferred qualifications
• Good customer handling skills
• High Energy level
• Good knowledge of Excel
