Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Team Manager- Manager– English –Remote EMEA/EU
Responsibilities
• Carry out daily and weekly interactions with client on operational performance,
proactively communicate to the customer about process/team status or changes
and issues/ risks which may arise in the process or in the team
• Act as 2nd level of critical issue for client and take necessary actions to get the
resolution, communicate with the customer about status and actions taken.
• Complete within deadlines and accurate
- up on the agreed actions with
the customer
• Build good communication and close working relationship with the key partners
at Customer site, proactively ask for feedback, take full ownership of the process
and operations handled
• Propose and agree transformation initiative negotiate efficiency clauses based
on dependencies on internal or external factors
• Conduct team huddles to communicate and build awareness within the team on
customer priorities
• Ensure regular connect with the global and regional internal partners to ensure
full alignment in terms of account strategy and direction
• Keep a close collaboration with the Pathfinders and Process Architects to be up
to date with process and people related issues/initiatives that can have an
impact on the customer
• Lead MSS accuracy, Operating Plan, monthly billing to customer, monthly review
of forecast
• Ensure customer branding on the floor, coordinate updating of visual
management dashboards for all customer related topics, host customer visits
• Participate in different projects and initiatives across Genpact.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Proficient level of English and either German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian knowledge (C1)
• Meaningful work experience in customer management
• Relevant team management experience (minimum 10 people)
• Good Accounts Receivable domain knowledge, Good years experience
• Previous experience in supporting transformation and efficiency projects
• Managerial skills with focus on budget control
• Relevant AI and
- tech industry knowledge (represents an advantage)

• University graduate
