Advanced Technical Sales Manager

If you think you'll be able to perform the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Being the customer contact at Autoliv for products and technology road map
- Build strong relationships with the customer (Research, System Engineering, Engineering, Product Planning, Design, Marketing, …)
- Interface between Customer and Autoliv D-Group, E-Group, Product Lines, Business Development E&M, and Technical experts
- Identifies and understands customer needs and technical challenges for new products but also for current production specifications on future products
- Coordinates customer’s data collection with Divisional D/E engineers in contact with customers
- Provides customer input to D-Groups / E-Groups / Product Lines to support the definition of the global innovation roadmap
- Regular Alignment with CPM / CEM (also on serial changes and VEVA), to understand current influences
- Creates customer technical roadmap including gaps and commercial targets.
- Coordinates with Global D Director regarding GDP inputs to support customer strategies
- Promotes Autoliv new technologies and drive activities until “ready to quote” status.
- Influences customer specification when appropriate.
- Aligns Autoliv technology road map with customer expectation.
- Defines (pre-RFQ) which products can be selected to quote.
- Analyzes and understands Market and Customer trends.
and if you have/are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
- More than 5 years of experience in Customer Management with technical focus;
- Strong in managing internal and external relationships;
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English language skills;
- Detailed-oriented with the capability to dig into data and prioritize tasks and decisions;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability and willingness to travel.
