- Identify and recruit new affiliates, as well as
- engage inactive ones, to grow our affiliate program across Asian and LATAM markets; - Represent Growe at online and offline affiliate marketing events, building strong relationships with potential partners;
- Develop and initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses to keep affiliates motivated;
- Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate tracking of activities;
- Prepare and provide affiliates with promotional assets such as banners, text ads, and screenshots, ensuring brand alignment;
- Analyze affiliate campaigns and performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI;
- Collaborate with business analytics to produce detailed reports on affiliate performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Stay

- date on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring Growe’s affiliate program remains competitive; - Address any operational, financial, or technical issues that arise in affiliate partnerships, working closely with relevant teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, marketing, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 year of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on Asian and/or LATAM markets;
- Solid understanding of the betting/gambling market and industry dynamics;
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to analyze traffic KPIs such as ROI, ROMI, e
CPA, and ARPU; - Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid), and web analytics basics;
- Experience developing affiliate marketing strategies and managing campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving problems;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and maintain strong relationships with partners;
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changes in a
- paced environment; - Enthusiasm for working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
