We are looking for an Argentinian Spanish Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Bucharest, Romania.

Tasks

What you’ll be doing:

• Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players.
• Representing different casino and sportsbook brands.
• Understanding players' needs and expectations.
• Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable.
• Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on i
  Gaming platforms.
• Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager.
• Guiding players through the website, if necessary.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Native speaker of Spanish/Argentinian;
• Exposure to the world of online sports betting and gambling, and you’re eager to learn and grow in our dynamic industry.
• You know how to engage in conversations with ease. You're confident, comfortable, and can build great relationships over the phone.
• You have a competitive spirit and an unrelenting drive to achieve success.
