As a consultant for agile transformation projects (SAFe, SPC and RTE), you will work with leading companies from various industries to meet their individual requirements and develop
- made solutions. Your technical expertise will help build agile teams and structures, optimize the flow of value, and increase effectiveness in software development and product innovation.

In detail, you will take on the following tasks:

• Consulting and support in the introduction and scaling of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at our customers
• Implement agile practices and processes in complex projects to foster team collaboration and accelerate

  - market for innovative products
• Training and coaching of employees and managers in agile methods to deepen their understanding of SAFe and anchor agile principles
• Identification of challenges and bottlenecks in the agile processes and support in the development and implementation of solution strategies
• Measure and monitor the success of agile initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure sustainable change

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Proven experience with SAFe, e. g. as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE) or comparable roles, as well as professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its application, knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, Dev
  Ops and Continuous Delivery, experience with agile project management tools and ALM software (e. g. Jira, Rally, Version
  One, Codebeamer).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and internal teams
• Flexibility and adaptability, as well as a high level of teamwork and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile.
