In detail:

• Agile Coaching & Mentoring: Be the Agile guide! Coach and mentor teams at all levels to master Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Leading Agile Transformation: Drive the Agile evolution! Lead and support initiatives that foster organizational change and a shift towards an Agile mindset.
• Facilitating Scrum Events: Be the Scrum conductor! Facilitate key Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with finesse.
• Empowering Teams: Champion team autonomy! Empower teams to
  - organize, take ownership, and continuously improve their processes.
• Removing Roadblocks: Be the obstacle remover! Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Building Agile Community: Cultivate Agile culture! Contribute to the growth and development of a vibrant Agile community within the organization.
• Tracking Metrics: Be the metrics maestro! Establish and monitor key metrics to track team productivity and progress.
• Analyzing Data: Be the data analyst! Examine data to uncover trends and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Reporting Performance: Be the performance reporter! Provide insightful and regular updates on team performance to stakeholders.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master (m/f/d) with a track record of driving successful Agile transformations in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and their practical,
  - world application.
• Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Pragmatic approach with an analytical mindset and
  - solving abilities to effectively tackle challenges.
• Passion for Agile practices, with a commitment to fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• A knack for striving for simple and effective solutions, always thinking in iterations and avoiding the pursuit of perfect, polished solutions.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Agile Coaching or Scrum (e. g. , Professional Scrum Master/Professional Agile Leadership (PSM, PAL) or Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)).
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks.
