Your day to day
Reporting to the General Manager – Cyber Security, you will support the the growth of the Dev
Sec
Ops team as it looks to the future to support the global Vodafone security posture with respect to Vodafone’s Dev
Sec
Ops strategy.
You will be responsible and accountable for facilitating

- end agile Dev
Ops/Dev
Sec
Ops ways of working – which includes organising and leading scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, refining the backlog, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to scrum principles and values. You will have years of experience working with agile Dev
Ops/Dev
Sec
Ops technical software engineering teams. You are highly organised, a great communicator and are an expert planner – you can generate high quality dashboards and reports.
You will work very closely within a highly technical team including Delivery Leads, Cyber Security Architects, Product Owners and Dev
Sec
Ops Software Engineers as well as wider stakeholders across Cyber Security and the business to ensure Dev
Sec
Ops work is visible, tracked against our Vodafone objectives and delivered on time. You will be responsible for identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, leading the team and business in finding a solution, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders, and actively escalating when needed to ensure resolution.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

Ops team, and have a technical background with proven
- on experience of managing projects using agile methodologies and in large scale projects as scrum master
Ops to track work items, and tools such as Confluence, MS Teams, MS O365, Mural
Com or Telecom carriers or Telecom vendors.
