If you're passionate about coaching teams and individuals to adopt and excel in agile and scrum practices, we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking an experienced Agile Master to join our team in Bucharest!As an Agile Master, you will be embedded in a global Agile Centre of Excellence and, with your colleague at the Bucharest site, will help drive agile activities for the local site and first mostly globally. You’ll support other teams with the help of agile mindset
& methods to react adaptably to rapidly changing conditions.
In your new role, you will:
- organised and independent way of working within the teams by motivating, coaching, listening, giving impulses or acting as a shadow for other coaches
- how
- team conflicts and actively moderate/facilitate these conflicts.
- how to establish lasting relationships and networks, contributing to a good team atmosphere, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- oriented and
- looking way of working paired with an empathetic approach to different convincing appearances
