Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Architect and implement
- edge AI systems for voice and text applications. - Design and execute advanced prompt engineering strategies.
- Build
- specific RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems. - Develop and optimize

- speech AI solutions. - Create AI-powered workflows to enhance business processes.
- Establish testing frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems.
- Safeguard AI applications with security and privacy measures.
- Work
- functionally to understand and deliver on business needs. - Monitor and enhance AI system performance while managing costs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures and processes.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Must-Have:
- 2–3 years of experience developing
- ready AI applications. - Expertise with LLM APIs (Open
AI, Anthropic, etc. ) and frameworks like Lang
Chain or Llama
Index. - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
- Knowledge of vector databases (e. g. , Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
- Strong background in NLP, conversational AI, and RAG systems.
- Experience with voice AI technologies (e. g. , STT/TTS) and voice user interface design.
- Deep understanding of AI security best practices and limitations.
Nice-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Background in conversational design and AI ethics.
- Expertise in
