Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to understand their needs, gaps and opportunities and able to convert their needs into workingproduction quality code;
• Work with UI designers and front end development team to integrate AI capabilities into a best in class user experience/workflows;
• Support, maintain and handle feedback to continuously improve and enhance the latest AI technology;
• Evolve and improve AI software stack, keeping up on latest models/frameworks and tooling;
• Prototype AI/ML-driven solutions and integrations with
  - party APIs (e. g. , Azure Open
  AI), vendor products, and open source frameworks (e. g. , Lang
  Chain);
• Oversee technical feasibility studies and
  -
  - concept projects to validate the potential impact of AI/ML solutions;
• Manage the integration of tools with existing business processes and data source;
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of automations through robust development practices and standards;
• Coordinate with internal development and infrastructure teams to facilitate access to necessary data and systems for AI/ML tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field;
  
• At least 5 years professional software development experience, with recent
  - on expertise in AI/ML, Gen
  AI and supporting ecosystem (Azure Cloud, Vector Search, Lang
  Chain/Graph);
• Advanced understanding of Python application architecture, including sync / async workers (celery/topics/queues);
• Strong understanding of Web Application Architecture including React
  JS and SPA Applications;
• Eagerness to continuously learn, teach and deliver;
• Excellent
  - solving abilities and a strategic mindset;
• Familiarity with data infrastructure and the latest industry standards for data security and privacy;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective articulation of complex ideas and collaboration across departments.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating Dev
  Ops practices into the product lifecycle for improved deployment and monitoring, including Docker;
  • Experience with web testing/scraping/scripting and automation tools (e. g. , Selenium);
  • Experience with Web UI, React/Node
  JS;
  • A foundational understanding of financial markets and various trading instruments or a willingness to learn.
