Job Description

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute AI/ML strategy, aligning AI opportunities with company goals 
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate, enhance, and optimize advertising processes  
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other generative models to improve product features like content generation, targeting, and user experience  
• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions, including designing and deploying AI agents to enhance system performance  
• Work with
  - functional teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into the existing product ecosystem  
• Develop scalable,
  - ready AI models using Python or Go, focusing on performance and deployment  
• Apply MLOps practices for deployment, version control, and performance monitoring of generative models and AI agents in production  
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI and Agentic AI, bringing innovative ideas to drive AI-driven business growth  
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on AI/ML best practices  

• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI  
• Proficiency in Python or Go, and deep learning architectures for generative models  
• Experience developing products using Generative AI models for image generation, natural language generation, or synthetic data generation  
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and Generative AI techniques  
• Experience with
  - tuning and deploying LLMs at scale, including for specific use cases  
• Experience in developing and deploying AI agents to improve system functionality and product features   
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS) for deploying and scaling generative models and AI agents  
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and version control for managing AI models in production  
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English  

WOULD BE A PLUS:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or related field (Ph
  D preferred)  
• Background in software development 
• Knowledge of Ad
  Tech specifics and advertising domain  
• Familiarity with A/B testing, data pipelines, and AI-driven experimentation  
• Experience leading
  - functional AI projects focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI
