Your expertise in data analysis, algorithm development, LLMs, and machine learning models will be instrumental in crafting solutions that tackle intricate challenges and significantly boost operational effectiveness. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models for various use cases leveraging methods such as Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP and traditional ML/DL frameworks. , etc.

Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for AI modelling

Apply best practices and standards for AI development, such as code quality, documentation, testing, and version control.

Research and evaluate new AI techniques and frameworks to improve the performance and efficiency of existing solutions.

Collaborate with
- functional teams and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists.

Develop and deploy high quality inferencing services.

Create applications capable of consuming inferencing services as reference for consuming applications

Ensure the ethical use of AI and adherence to data privacy standards.  

Emerging Technologies: Passion to Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI. Evaluate and recommend new technologies or approaches that could enhance the organization's capabilities.

You need:

Minimum BS Degree in Computer Science or related field and extensive applicable experience (3-5 years) in field or an advanced degree and comparable experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Gen AI, LLMs, and traditional ML/DL.

5+ years’ experience in Data Science including statistical modelling

Fluent in English

We value: 

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java
Script.

Experience integrating with backend services and APIs.

Experience using AI software like Open
AI/Chat
GPT.

Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.

Proficiency in Python and common AI libraries, such as Tensor
Flow, Py
Torch, Scikit-learn, Lang
Chain, etc.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Experience in data normalization, cleansing, and validation.

Deep understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, including design, training, and implementation of models, and using natural language processing techniques.

Preferred experience with a variety of predictive modeling, machine learning, data mining, statistical, text mining, and optimization algorithms using tools such as Python and R.

Proven experience in developing and deploying AI & ML in a business context.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating the value and impact of AI innovations to stakeholders.

Ability to establish successful partnerships across business and technology.

Ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems and think abstractly.
