We are looking for:
We are seeking a smart and passionate Application Support Engineer to join our team. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers,
helping to achieve complex business requirements/solutions driving from strategy to execution.
What you will do:
Using tools like Azure DevOps/VSTS; Deployment and troubleshoot; Creating Linux shell scripting or Powershell scripting; Establishing a stable, reliable secure and high performing data platform; Building, maintaining, and controlling stage and production environments; Troubleshooting incidents in stage and production environments; Being proactive in monitoring and alerting capabilities exist for all components of the platform/product; Establishing system health and capacity is reviewed and enhanced as needed; Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and performing knowledge transfer to others; Configuration management across a
- platform estate such as Ansible, Puppet or Salt.
What you must have:
Using tools like Azure DevOps/VSTS; Kubernetes experience or Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS); Containerization (e. g. Docker) experience; Linux shell scripting or Powershell scripting; Splunk or Data
Dog; Database technology such as My
SQL, MS-SQL, or Postgresql; Github or Gitlab; Possessing knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployments; Experience with
- code/no-code, power apps; Demonstrating Linux and Windows administration experience; Ansible, Puppet.
