A Snapshot of Your Day

Your role as an Ariba IT Project Manager is to support the implementation of our digitalization projects. You will be contributing through ensuring smooth utilization and release implementation of digital solutions specially SAP End to End (E2E) Ariba implementation project. You will work and
- ordinate with Global business users related implementing change requests and optimizations related to Procurement in SAP E2E Ariba project. You will coordinate and work with the appropriate IT development and middleware Teams to find a solution for upcoming changes. Besides that, you will coordinate and plan the testing for the application and join the related meetings to understand and keep up with the ongoing developments. Work closely with stakeholders, expand your network and prepare yourself for future global roles at Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Digital Transformation, a global digitization initiative launched to optimize the functionality of Siemens Energy Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a driven,
- motivated individual with excellent service orientation and skills/experience to support the IT implementation of our digitalization projects for procurement processes.

IT Project Manager for End-to-End Procurement and coordinator between business and tech team.

Development and controlling of time schedule together with Project Leads and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Identify dependencies between various changes and consider them in the planning.

Ensure business acceptance of handed over solution results.

Ensure quality of change request documentation & knowledge transfer from SAP to own responsibility of implemented functions and smooth handover to stable operations.

What You Bring

You should have 6+ years of demonstrable experience working as an IT professional and have graduated from a University in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience of Project and Service Management, ITIL / Operations Management

Solid understanding and experience using SAP Ariba or S4 HANA Central Procurement

Stakeholder Management experience.

Experience of SCM Procurement Processes (source-to-contract /requisition-to-order)

Having hands on experience of SAP MM (ECC or S4) is an advantage.
