Assistant Project Manager
Our client is a highly reputable Design, Cost and Project Management Consultancy undertaking projects throughout Europe.
The organisation is currently undertaking responsibility for a large luxury hotel project in Bucharest and an experienced Assistant Project Manager is now urgently required for a 12 month contract.
Primarily the appointment individual will assume responsibility for overall management of this project including:
• Information management between the project’s stakeholders
• Review and analysis of submissions, design packages etc
• Production of emails, reports and notes in both English
• Formal communication with the client (in English)
• Organizing and attending meetings and production of minutes
• Assisting with Procurement of Works, Services and Suppliers
• Support in the management of Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers etc
Interested individuals will ideally have hotel or refurbishment experience and have managed the M&E and finishings aspects of projects. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a methodical and analytical method.
