Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Pillar of
- solid financial accounting and reporting. Responsible for performing and organizing various accounting and reporting activities, in line with IFRS, local tax regulations, local accounting and fiscal laws, as well as group requirements (Group Finance manual, based on IFRS)
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and driving sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
- Managing a team of 10 employees, be the first hand of the store manager (successfully replacing the SM in his absence).
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.

WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- 3 years of experience in retail and at least 1 in management.
- Good level of english (writen and spoken).
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.

- Base salary + sales bonus up to 15% of the base salary.
