Technology Infrastructure - End User Computing

We are a 500+ strong global technology department that designs, delivers, and supports technology products at the core of the DB workplace environment. These products directly impact our end user experience and enable productivity and collaboration.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be working in the Collaboration Tribe in End User Computing within the Squad who are responsible for MS Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analyst for the MS Teams Product Management team

Data Analysis across the MS Teams environment, providing reporting on Teams usage, users and user configurations.

Data analysis of end user usage of Avaya and the end users Avaya configuration showing which features are used. This analysis will support us as we plan the migration of end users off Avaya and onto to Teams Enterprise Voice.

Migration analysis and
- ordination for the Teams Enterprise Voice migration.

Reporting on MS Teams to support our compliance reporting requirements.

Business engagement and requirements gathering.

End User communication.

Inventory management.

Product Lifecycle management.

Skills and Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Teams environment, product features and services

Good understanding of Avaya and the Avaya features

Very strong data analysis skills

Very Strong Excel Skills

Strong MS Power
Point skills

Experience with Intune / Entra Device Management

High degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively is essential.

Passionate about problem solving and customer service, a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people and can communicate with all levels of the business.

Understanding and experience on Azure & Microsoft 365

Strong English written and verbal skills are mandatory.

Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical information to
- technical stakeholders.

Analytical thinker experienced in a range of
- solving techniques & approaches.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments set by the Business.

Comfortable working in a team with a diverse skill set, location, and culture across different countries.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and present clear solutions to problems.

Experience working with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).

Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
