Associate Engineer, Android
Description
:Engineer is responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of the bank's overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration.
Your key responsibilities:
- Implement user centric, scalable and maintainable technical solutions for new and our existing native banking apps using a modular Architecture
- Ensure top performance, code quality, reusability and continuously participate in code reviews
- Continuously collaborate with
- functional teams, Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX / UI designers, QA and security specialists in an agile work environment.
- Participate in developer guilds and enjoy learning/sharing knowledge with the team
Your skills and experience:
- Proficient in Android development with knowledge of Kotlin, dependency injection and reactive programming
- Basic knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns (MVP, MVVM etc. ) and general best practices for Android
- Understanding software engineering best practices, coding standards and documentation
- First experienced with REST/JSON based service architectures and code versioning (GIT)
- Have a growth mindset and glad to learn new development concepts
