- time Audits Coordinator in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and digitalization expertise in a new
- edge field. You’ll report to Oana MATEI (Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation Senior Team Leader, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside data driven,
- oriented, continuous improvement mindset teammates.
Your mission will be to support the Alstom Management System teams in the overhaul of their quality management system and will interface with all Alstom Sites worldwide to prepare the yearly external Quality audits campaign performed by external Certification Bodies, from its planification to the ISO certificates management. Within the Procurement - Digital Transformation & Process Efficiency department you will be involved in the implementation of a digitalization plan for the AMS function.
We’ll look to you for:
- ISO certification / Audits: for all standards (Q + EHS + IT + CSR + E&C)
- Management of certificates, monitoring of validities and wordings (right address, site name, etc. )
- Maintenance of the AMS Share
Point: availability of certificates and audit reports - Relations with AFNOR
- Inputs to be given to AFNOR for the preparation of the audit planning for the next campaign in terms of days the Sites are closed and other impossibilities for the Sites (data to be obtained from the Sites) to carry out an audit.
- Prepare the purchase order (PO)
- Receiving, checking and processing invoices,
- Organization of evaluations of AFNOR auditors by the sites at the end of the campaign, and sharing with AFNOR
- Dealing with requests from Sites and other functions (missing certificates or expired certificates or requests for changes to audit dates or incorrect or missing dates, etc. ) + Weekly reminders to AFNOR if a response is missing + Feedback to be given to internal customers (emails, Teams, meetings) with resolution of problems encountered (if too complicated, to be escalated)
- Liaising with Sites to process their audit requests and confirm their audit schedule for all standards
- Organization of central audit planning (Opening and Closing sessions) with all the functions/business lines concerned + AFNOR
- Follow-up of corrective action closure via QMSLI with provision of
- up KPIs for MCM + AMS/QMS Synchro + QMS Monthly + reminders to Sites in the event of delays
