Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Sales Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of AWS products, including Cloud Security and modern Cloud Observability, and be able to provide expert guidance to our sales team during the
- sales process.
As a Sales Solution Engineer, you will provide presale support to our customers, including demonstrations, documentation,

- concept resentations, and other technical materials. You will also work closely with our delivery and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and integrated.
As a trusted customer advocate, the sales Solution Engineer helps customers work with AWS cloud in adopting advanced
- based solutions around security and observability. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of AWS technologies.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration with the sales and account managers to identify and understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of AWS services, security and observability best practices, and migration strategies
- Design and develop innovative cloud solutions tailored to meet customer's needs, considering cloud best practices
- Conduct and lead technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of AWS and ISV partner cloud solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, technical documentation, and presentations that effectively communicate solution architectures to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, Dev
Ops, and project managers, to ensure a seamless transition from

- date with the latest AWS and ISV partner services, industry trends, and emerging technologies, continually expanding - Building strong relationships and providing ongoing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant AWS certifications are highly desirable
- Proven experience in a
- sales and solutions architect role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud solutions and services - Extensive knowledge of AWS services and familiarity with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Ability to design, develop, and present comprehensive cloud architectures that address complex business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and
- technical audiences - High experience working in a
- facing role, providing exceptional customer service - Strong analytical and
- solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions - Proactive and
- motivated,
- tasking, with the ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team - AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification
- Experience with Security Products (Firewall, Web Gateways, Proxies)
- Experience with system monitoring platforms (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology
