We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Executive for the Sales Department of our Bucharest team.
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is
- driven, offering exceptional customer experience and actively engaging customer prospects and improving the company's services to maintain customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Develop internal and external relationships with customers and clients;
- Promote and sell our cars and our leasing services to various B2B customers, clients and executives;
- Provide customers the complete vehicle information with costs, terms and conditions;
- Influence decisions taken by external (account/customer) stakeholders. Create, maintains and enhances relationships with decision makers, key influencers, and day to day contacts at existing and target accounts;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments;
- Monitor the contract performance to maximize both farming and recommendations for potential future customers;
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Maintain professional appearance. Provide exceptional customer service and guarantee highest level of customer experience;
- Be an ambassador of the company’s culture, spirit and values.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent;
- Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Representative of at least 2 years;
- Prior experience in the automotive
- nice to have - Highly motivated and
- driven; - Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Familiarity with CRM practices;
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships;
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good command of the English language (both written and oral);
- Drivers’ licence.
