The B2B Sales Manager will lead the worldwide sales initiatives for their Saa
S platform, focusing on acquiring new business and managing ongoing relationships with clients globally. This role is pivotal in driving the revenue growth of our company, utilizing a strong understanding of sales funnel automation tools such as Apollo and Hub
Spot.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize Apollo, Hub
Spot, and other tools to generate and qualify leads, and create a robust sales pipeline. - Sales Funnel Management: Build and manage a sales funnel; optimize every stage of the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead conversion.
- CRM Management: Use Hub
Spot to manage customer relationships, maintain detailed client records, and track sales progress. - Client Engagement: Conduct regular client outreach, including weekly and monthly introductory calls and appointments to nurture leads and close deals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and to leverage
- functional insights that enhance sales efforts. - Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and offerings effectively.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates and insights on sales activities and achievements to upper management.
Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in a Saa
S environment, with a deep understanding of the global market landscape. Preferable candidates will have experience in the Northern American and Lat
Am Markets. - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using sales automation tools like Apollo and CRM systems like Hub
Spot to manage leads and enhance customer engagements. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan
- term and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. - Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a focus on time management and multitasking.
