Back Office Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;

- Technical requirements: Linux, SQL, Network knowledge;

- On call availability (2 weeks/Month);

- Overtime required (up to 32H/month paid or compensated with leave) ;

- Availability for OT and on call during business holidays as well.

Candidate Profile:

- JR BO engineer - 2nd line support engineer working on Business hours (09:00-18:00) – application and infrastructure support;

- Incident, Change, Problem management handling (Troubleshooting, New integrations, Patch upgrade etc. );

System Changes done during night time (part of the OT);

- System Health checks;

- SPOC for the customer;

- Customer call.
