About the project, we need power for:

In cooperation with one of our clients, a leading provider of open banking and open finance solutions we are seeking a Junior/Midlevel Java Developer to join the Open Banking Development Team. They specialize in secure and efficient financial data aggregation and payment services, offering a platform that enables businesses to access and analyze account data, initiate payments on behalf of customers, and support financial institutions with a fully compliant banking interface. As a licensed and regulated provider, they help create innovative financial services that deliver real value to companies, banks, and individual users.

Tasks

We are looking for a Junior-Mid Java Developer who is an analytical thinker and enthusiastic about writing quality code and achieving high test coverage with a
- on,
- oriented mindset and a collaborative attitude.

Besides this, your activities will include:

⏩ Development of backend functionality to support user stories.
⏩ Writing and maintaining unit tests and optionally integration tests to ensure code reliability.
⏩ Regularly conducting code reviews to uphold code quality and best practices.
⏩ Ensuring the availability and functionality of backend services.
⏩ Taking responsibility for our monitoring & alerting stack to maintain service reliability.

Requirements

You shall bring:
✅ Experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Hibernate
✅ Experience with My
SQL/Postgre
SQL, and Docker
✅ Solid understanding of REST services and tools like Intelli
J, JUnit
✅ Willingness to learn and pragmatic
- solving skills
✅ Fluent in English

Nice to have:
✅ Previous experience in the financial services sector, ideally with PSD2 (XS2A) or Fin
TS/HBCI
✅ Experience with Kubernetes, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
✅ Familiarity of Open
API, Liquibase, and AWS Cloud Services
✅ Comfortable with collaboration Tools like JIRA and Confluence
✅ Monitoring & Alerting, any tooling
✅ Any knowledge in AWS
