The candidate in this position will be responsible for managing our client's branch in Bucharest, their unique approach starts with highly engineered,
- proven legacy brands for your industry, and continues with
- life service and support every step of the way.

Main responsibilities are to coordinate the staff based in Romania, to support Procurement with local Suppliers, to supervise Engineering and Service activities. Special focus to prepare budgets and to communicate business goals.

Responsibilities:

  overseeing operations of the whole site on a

  - day basis;

  tracking and monitoring the engineering team activities particularly targeting delivery dates and organising workload in agreement with the headquarter;

  managing main suppliers based in Romania and periodical scouting of new suppliers;

  supporting service activities;

• - level="1">

  hiring employees and keeping the whole staff motivated and focused;

• - level="1">

  driving efficient local business growth through networking with local suppliers and customers;

• - level="1">

  generating reports and giving presentations.

Qualifications:

• - level="1">

  bachelor in mechanical engineering or equivalent with at least 5-7 years of experience in a management role, particularly in the Oil & Gas segment;

• - level="1">

  experience in dynamic and challenging contexts and ability to work under pressure;

• - level="1">

  understanding of industry laws and regulations.
