What we ask

A bachelor degree, preferably in Economics, Communication or Marketing

At least 2 years of experience in marketing or account management

Working with strong global or local brands is a plus

Preferably experience in successfully managing Digital campaigns: Performance Marketing, Test & Learn type projects; Pilot & Scale-up

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and in Romanian

Experience in Project management and brand portfolio

Planning and organization skills

Analysis, forecasting and evaluation skills

Solid understanding of research tools, media and especially Digital

Understanding consumer and customer trends

Good presentation skills

Excellent change management skills of uncertain and ambigous situations
