We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate global Marketing strategies into effective local marketing campaigns that inspire and engage consumers and shoppers in an ever evolving landscape.
- Develop and execute
- impact consumer marketing programs that enable the brand to reach its immediate as well as long term sales and profitability objectives. - Develop and implement media strategies, including traditional media & digital.
- Ultimately accountable for annual and monthly consumer forecasts for assigned consumer segment. Accountable for marketing budget, planning, and execution.
- Prepare for and present theme assortment and supporting marketing activities at key
- in and collaboration meetings throughout the year. - Focus on driving active share on the category by using insights to launch national initiatives including media, digital, events,
- store, PR and content plans. - Work closely with sales, trade marketing, operations team, agencies and global marketing team.
Do you have what it takes.
- In-depth extensive experience of working with a (retail/digital) marketing arena.
- High level of marketing understanding and commercial competence.
- Experience of developing and delivering impactful regional brand marketing campaigns.
- Positive and effective
- player with excellent collaboration & communications skills. - Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in using data to drive business results.
- Advanced English language knowledge.
