Brand Project Manager
Responsibilities Job Description –Brand Project Manager We are looking for an exceptional Brand Project Manager to join our team and help us develop, activate and manage Brand programs that augment Finastra’s position, internally and externally, and showcase our commitment to open finance. This role requires a strong focus on project management, with a key part of the role being the ability to act as a liaison between Brand and the business, in order to understand, steer and ultimately deliver exceptional Brand initiatives and programs. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Creative, and sits within the wider Brand and Corporate Communications team. You will bring both strategic and creative skills, and contribute to the overall brand strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll be managing the development and execution of key brand positioning programs, including a Brand Awareness Survey, as well as working with senior stakeholders across the business to develop content, creative, media and communications that fit within the Finastra brand hierarchy. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the financial services or technology landscape, although experience in any
- moving industry or agency will be considered. You will be highly visible to various levels of leadership across the organization, and will work with a wide range of stakeholders including, but not limited to, Marketing, our four Business Units, our internal DE&I and ESG networks, Employer Brand, and our People & Comms team. Position Details – Essential Criteria Experience in leading the planning, development, and implementation of key Brand and
- Brand initiatives in a
- moving environment. Strong project management expertise, including the development and maintenance of a centralized project calendar. Experience of building and strengthening relationships by delivering projects on time, and to brief, and being the trusted business partner for the Brand and Creative team. Demonstrable ability to manage project plans in a fully transparent way, to gain brand adherence and business support. Solid understanding of Brand principles and governance, to ensure cohesion and consistent branding and messaging across every project. A strong ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize accordingly. An interest in Brand developments, to proactively identify and share content trends, suggest new ideas and try different approaches. Data-driven, with the ability to deliver insights on all activities, including project status reports, campaign analytics and progress versus goals. Understand data trends, performance and adjust brand activities accordingly. Budget planning and management experience. Vendor management experience. S, Software or Financial Services. Experience in managing Brand projects and programs, or a proven understanding of Brand hierarchies and principles. Experience in working with approved agency partners and vendors, ensuring rigorous adherence to Brand guidelines.
