We are looking for someone with a broad technical background in data analytics, strong business acumen, who takes ownership of their work, and is focused on customer needs. The successful candidate will communicate crisply in
- technical terms to senior management. They will have an ability to make
- driven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a
- paced dynamic environment. The candidate will also need to be a collaborator who can work with internal and external teams to define and implement solutions that will yield benefits to Amazon customers around the world.
Key job responsibilities
• Oversee financial reporting for your business area. Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic
- making and planning. Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders across the globe.
• Build reports and analysis utilizing advanced SQL skills.
• Build and drive planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
• Adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly. Your communications drive critical business decisions.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bucharest, ROU | Iasi, ROU
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc. ) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with Excel
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
