Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliverinnovative products and enhance existing features, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.

● Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvementand propose practical solutions.

● Elicit, document, and review detailed business requirements and use cases, creatingcomprehensive functional and system requirements specifications.

● Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of new features to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and feedback.

● Facilitate communication among business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuringsmooth project execution and resolution of issues.

● Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; support project planning, track progress, and ensure successful outcomes.

● Create and maintain detailed documentation of procedures, solutions, and requirements.

● Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and systems, includingtraining and user support.

● Identify potential risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies, managing risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Must have:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● * 4+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

● * Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Russian for both oral and written business communication.

● * 2+ years of experience communicating with English-speaking stakeholders.

● * Familiarity with system integration concepts, including API development and management, middleware, and data exchange formats (e. g. , XML, JSON).

● Experience in creating business and technical documentation, guidelines and specifications.

● Experience with system analysis and system integration.

● * Experience with systems modeling techniques (e. g. , UML, data flow diagrams).

● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

● Knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum) and tools (e. g. , JIRA, Confluence).

● Strong
- solving skills with the ability to research, analyze and structure complex data and processes effectively.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

● * Experience with project management practices.

● * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, SQL) and reporting software.

● * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.

● Familiarity with working with AI tools like Chat
GPT or similar technologies for research and
- solving.

● BA/PM certifications.

● Understanding of the healthcare industry and its processes.
