Your day to day:

The Business Application Analyst is responsible to support the development, maintenance and best practice use of tools used by the Business Support & PMO (Power BI, Orion, e
PPM, Demand Portal, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Powerapps) to enable efficient operation of the Demand Management capability. There will be some support required involving the ability to carry out basic development or change activities in the associated toolsets. The role will also require analysis of business processes to provide input and support continuous improvement, standardisation and automation activities within the demand function. There will also be involvement in analysing demand data to support capacity planning reporting and strategic demand objectives. This is required for the effective delivery of demand within Global VBTS.
