- Focus on Incentives, to perform business control related activities including financial planning and analysis globally within Basware.

Key responsibilities:
- E2E responsibility of incentives financial management operations
- end close related activities including: incentive related journals and forecast by using key business drivers, reconciliations and audit reports
- end reporting package for the top management
- Lead the development of reporting and advanced analytical tools that aid in key
- making
- Perform
- hoc analysis as needed and present findings to top management
- Other duties as required to support team objectives, like some functional cost controlling activities
