As a Business Developer, your main responsibilities are:
- Developing RSL product offerings in the assigned region (Timisoara, Oradea, Arad) by acquiring new sales and ensuring effective implementation of acquired clients into the operational department;
- Defining market potential within the assigned sales area for the product
• Sales growth through fostering
- term relationships with customers
• Conducting commercial negotiations with a focus on the company's interests
• Proposing solutions aimed at improving functionality both within the assigned sales area and in customer service within the assigned area
• Managing and developing a portfolio consisting of current and potential clients by building strong relationships and ensuring that customer expectations and needs are appropriately recognized and met
• Building a reliable client portfolio and consistently achieving set sales targets for the region Implementing sales policies in line with current guidelines
• Creating product margins through: appropriate cooperation with suppliers, the procurement department, partner networks, negotiations with clients, actions supporting
- productivity
Requirements:
- Openness in dealing with people, ease of making contacts, clear expression, clear information, care for language culture;
- At least 2 years in a similar position;
- Good organization of own work (diligence, speed, planning activities, prioritization, ability to work under time pressure);
- Fluent English, very good knowledge of the MS Office
