Business Development Consultant - Diagnostics

We would like to announce to you that one new vacancy is now available in Commercial Team of Diagnostics Division:
Business Development Consultant reporting to Business Development & Healthcare Consultancy Lead.
In the role of Business Development Consultant you will be responsible to develop and implement the tactical plan according to the business strategy, with the aim to expand the current business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the market potential, prospect and segment the market.
Identifies, create appropriate business plan, develops and typically closes new business opportunities.
Creates demand for the organization’s products and services by raising their profile with customers.
Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions to new customers.
Promotes consulting services, leads and delivers consultancy projects to customers.
Together with the customer, develops and implements
- effective approaches and process optimizations.
Creates a shared vision with the team and helps them with change management implementation.
Responsible for implementing strategic and tactical toolkits in order to increase consultancy awareness and deliver process consultancy projects to customers.
Key Requirements:
Essential: University Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Sciences or equivalent.
Preferred: Masters or higher in one of above disciplines Ph
D); business management post graduate degree MBA), with a good understanding of healthcare economics, is an advantage.
Essential: 4 years’ experience (commercial sales experience in medical industry and/or B2B).
Preferred: 6 years’ experience.
Working experience with regulatory and law procedures related to the procurement and selling policies in the Romanian market, particularly in the Romanian Public Sector.
Experience on selling consultancy services in healthcare sector.
Advance on negotiation skills.

Knowledge of competition.
Able to manage complexity and translate it to simple concepts.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power
Point) and CRM knowledge.
Able to work independently as well as in
- functional teams, cooperating well with all levels.
Agile mindset: customer centricity, embracing change, failing fast and learning quickly, collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, resilient.
Business travel availability.
Driving license, B category, mandatory.
