Responsibilities

Leverage your existing network and industry expertise in workplace and real estate to identify relocation opportunities and source new business leads.

Identify and engage potential clients, developing strategic partnerships that drive
- term growth.

Oversee the RFP process, crafting responses to tenders and RFIs to secure new business.

Organize and participate in business development meetings, preparing proposals and sales materials to support new opportunities.

Actively generate new business by attending industry conferences, networking functions, and other relevant events to expand our client base.

Requirements

Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

5+ years' experience in industry (technology, real estate, workplace)

Demonstrable experience of writing successful proposals and responses to RFPs

Experience of using Salesforce (or similar software) to track sales and prospects

Strong ability in MS Office

Proactive, self starter, able to work and learn independently

A keen interest in exploring new ways to engage with clients/add value

Highly organised, outgoing, professional

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs

Effective time and project management skills

Benefits Include

Salary package: £50K - £85K including bonus and depending on experience

32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service

Central London location with good transport links

Hybrid working; typically working 2 days in our office
