Background and experience:

• Academic education

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) – Advanced Excel skills. Any IT skills can be perceived as an

advantage

• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in Procurement (direct)

• Negotiation skills

• Strong project management skills

• Fluent in English and Romanian

• Located in Bucharest

Soft skills:

• Team player

• Eager to learn and develop

• Excellent communication skills and business sense

• Feeling accountable, taking action and making sure alignment is in place between different stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong analytical skills and critical attention to detail

• Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of

the business while meeting deadlines

• Flexibility to maintain connectivity in a mix working schedule format (home and office)
