- established history in various domains. As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and
- manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry. Responsibilities: Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing and acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO); Ensure
- time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites; Manage exceptional transactions; SLA & overall deliverables management; Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality; Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts; Assisting to generate savings; Optimization of stock; Combination of both Voice and Non-Voice support daily tasks What will you bring? Good English language skills, written and conversational; BPO Experience of 3 year minimum in Procurement operations; Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience); Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes; Team Handling Skills; Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA. Nice to have & Trainable Skills: Exposure to procurement operations; Neutral Voice, Accent and call management; Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.
